Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- cherry jello - 1 pkg
- chopped rhubarb - 4 c
How to make rhubarb salad:
Mix the rhubarb, flour, sugar and water; let stand overnight in the refrigerator. Cook the next morning and add the jello and pineapple.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
