Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- cherry Jell-O - 2 pkg
- rhubarb - 3 c
How to make rhubarb salad:
Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until tender. Pour hot mixture over gelatin. Stir until dissolved. Add undrained pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold. Chill until firm.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low fat, Salads.
