Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 item
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- unbaked pie crusts - 2 item
- rhubarb, cut in small pieces - 3 c
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Beat the eggs. Add sugar, flour and nutmeg mixture. Add rhubarb. Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter. Add top crust. I rub small amount of butter on top crust and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
