Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 2 item
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- nutmeg optional - 1/2 tsp
- chopped rhubarb
How to make rhubarb custard pie:
Mix sugar, flour, butter, eggs and nutmeg. Beat until smooth. Add rhubarb. Let stand while you prepare pie crust. Bake 10 minutes at 450° and 30 minutes at 350°. This is good with a crumb topping instead of top crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
