- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 item
- whipping cream - 2 c
- cut-up rhubarb - 3 4
- regular white, yellow or lemon cake mix - 1 item
How to make rhubarb cake:
Prepare cake mix as directed and put into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Put rhubarb over batter. Pour whipping cream over rhubarb and sprinkle with the sugar and a little cinnamon, if desired. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 60 mins.
