Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- melted butter - 1/2 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 Tbsp
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- Swiss cheese slices - 12 oz
- corned beef slices - 1 lb
- large jar sauerkraut, drained - 1 item
- box rye Melba toast, crumbled - 1 item
How to make reuben casserole:
Mix sour cream, onion, mustard and sauerkraut. Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan: sauerkraut mixture, corned beef, Swiss cheese and crumbled rye Melba toast. Pour butter over top. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
