- medium green pepper - 1 item
- cucumber, sliced - 7 c
- sliced onion - 1 c
- sugar - 2 c
- celery seed - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- vinegar not white - 1 c
How to make refrigerated cucumber pickles:
Mix vinegar, salt and sugar; blend until sugar is dissolved. Add other ingredients. Put in Tupperware and refrigerate. Keeps for weeks.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
