  • sugar - 2 c
  • salt - 1 Tbsp
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • sliced onion - 1 c
  • green pepper, sliced - 1 item
  • white vinegar - 1 c
  • sliced cucumbers - 7 c

How to make refrigerator pickles:

Combine the cucumbers, onion, green pepper in a bowl. Ad the sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed; mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 24 hours. Can be kept about 3 months.
