Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- unsifted all-purpose flour - 2 c
- packed light brown sugar - 1 c
- shortening or 3/4 c - 1 c
How to make reese's cookies:
Cream shortening, brown sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Combine flour and baking soda; add to cream mixture. Stir in semi-sweet chocolate and Reese's chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool slightly before removing cookies.
