Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cocoa - 4 Tbsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- peanut butter - 1/2 c
- oatmeal - 2 3
How to make quickie cookies:
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and oleo in a pan. Bring to a full rolling boil, approximately 5 minutes. Reduce heat and let boil down for 1 minute. Mix 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1 teaspoon of vanilla. Add oatmeal gradually until thick enough to drop with a spoon onto wax paper or foil paper. Amount of oatmeal depends on desired thickness.
