Pumpkin roll

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cream cheese
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3/4 c
• butter - 4 Tbsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• pumpkin - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c

How to make pumpkin roll:

Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat together eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into a wax paper-lined jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a dish towel. Place cake on towel right from oven. Peel off wax paper and roll up with the dish towel; let set 1 minute. Unroll and cool.

Mix all filling ingredients together. Spread on cake roll. Roll up. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
