Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 1 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:1 (8 oz.) cream cheese4 Tbsp. butter1 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Beat together eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin, flour, baking soda and cinnamon. Pour into a wax paper-lined jelly roll pan. Bake 15 minutes at 375°. Sprinkle powdered sugar on a dish towel. Place cake on towel right from oven. Peel off wax paper and roll up with the dish towel; let set 1 minute. Unroll and cool.Mix all filling ingredients together. Spread on cake roll. Roll up. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
