Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 2 tsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- butter
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- pumpkin - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/2 tsp
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:3 Tbsp. butter1 tsp. vanilla1 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese Have butter and cream cheese at room temperature. Beat eggs for 5 minutes exactly. Add sugar and vinegar; beat. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour into a well-greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes exactly. When done, flip onto a powdered sugar dish towel. Roll up (including towel); put into the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Unroll. Spread filling, then roll up without towel. Refrigerate.
