Pumpkin roll

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• cream cheese - 1 pkg
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 3/4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• pumpkin - 2/3 c
• 10x sugar
• butter, soft - 2 Tbsp

How to make pumpkin roll:

Filling:1 c. 10x sugar1 pkg. cream cheese2 Tbsp. butter, soft1 tsp. vanilla Place wax paper on round cookie sheet. Sprinkle with nuts. Mix together ingredients and pour onto cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes in 375° oven. Turn out on kitchen towel and sprinkle with powdered sugar (to prevent sticking). Roll immediately and place in refrigerator. Chill. Unroll and spread filling. Roll back up and place in foil.
