- sugar - 2/3 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3/4 c
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- sifted powdered sugar - 3/4 c
- cooking oil - 1 Tbsp
- pumpkin pie spice - 2 tsp
- canned pumpkin - 2/3 c
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- nonstick spray coating - 1 item
- frozen egg product, thawed - 2/3 c
How to make pumpkin roll:
Beat egg product at high speed until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in sugar. Add oil, pumpkin and lemon juice. Beat at low speed until combined.
