Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cream cheese
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- pumpkin - 2/3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- margarine - 4 Tbsp
- dash of cinnamon - 1 item
How to make pumpkin roll:
Filling:8 oz. cream cheese1 c. powdered sugar1/2 tsp. vanilla Cream eggs and sugar. Mix remaining ingredients and add to cream mixture. Beat together. Grease and flour jelly roll pan (11 x 16-inch). Spread in pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Cool for 15 minutes. Place powdered sugar on a towel and turn cake out of the pan onto this towel. Loosely roll cake in towel for 1 hour. Cream the ingredients for filling. Unroll the cake and spread filling. Reroll cake as you remove towel. Wrap in foil and refrigerate.Recipe categories: American, Vegetables, North american.
