Ingredients/Components
- butter, softened - 1/3 c
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- nutmeg - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan
How to make pumpkin bars:
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan. In a large bowl, blend all bar ingredients at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean and cool.Frosting:2 c. powdered sugar1/3 c. butter, softened1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened1 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. vanilla In small bowl, combine frosting ingredients and beat until smooth.
