Ingredients/Components

  • to 60 Ritz crackers, crushed - 50 item
  • stick margarine or butter, melted - 1 item
  • instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • milk
  • ice cream - 1/2 gal
  • carton Cool Whip - 1/2 oz

How to make pudding delight:

Mix pudding, milk and ice cream well. Add Cool Whip. Spread pudding mixture on cracker crust. Cover with remaining Cool Whip.

You may use any flavor pudding and ice cream.

P.S. Try vanilla pudding and peppermint ice cream. Chocolate or lemon pudding and vanilla ice cream.
