Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- flour - 4 c
- warm water
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- coarse salt - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make pretzels:
Mix yeast, salt, water and sugar in a bowl; add flour. Put dough on wax paper and knead. Cut off pieces and make into pretzel shapes, not too thick or thin. Put on cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Make sure to cover all surface of pretzel with the egg. Then sprinkle with salt.
