Pretzel salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• pkg - 1 oz
• boiling water - 2 c
• margarine, melted - 1 c
• carton whipped topping - 1 oz
• pretzels, crushed

How to make pretzel salad:

Dissolve jello in water; add strawberries. Allow to partially set. Spread on top of cream cheese and chill. Serves 10.

Substitutions: Three tablespoons sugar for 1/2 cup in crust. Low-fat whipped topping may be used. Sugar-free jello may be substituted.
