Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 2 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- boiled eggs - 6 item
- onions - 1/4 c
- pickles - 1/4 c
- good size potatoes - 10 item
- drop vinegar - 1 item
How to make potato salad:
Boil potatoes for about 1 hour. Let cool for about 1 1/2 hours. Dice up pickles, onions and potatoes. Boil the eggs for about 15 minutes. Dice eggs up. Mix together eggs, potatoes, pickles and onions. Then mix mayonnaise and mustard together and blend in with eggs, potatoes, onions and pickles. Add salt and pepper to taste, then drop 1 drop of vinegar.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
