Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• vinegar - 1 c
• chopped onion - 1 c
• mustard - 3 Tbsp
• hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 4 item
• diced pickles - 1 item
• cooked diced potatoes - 5 c
• Dressing:3 eggs

How to make potato salad:

Dressing:3 eggs2 c. sugar1 c. vinegar3 Tbsp. mustard1 tsp. salt1 1/2 Tbsp. flour Put potatoes, eggs, salt, pickles and onions in a large bowl. Put ingredients for dressing in pan. Beat and cook over medium heat until it boils. Pour half over potato mixture. Add 1 cup salad dressing such as Miracle Whip. Mix well. Refrigerate rest of dressing for another use.
