  • sour cream - 1 c
  • eggs, separated - 3 item
  • melted butter - 1 Tbsp
  • paprika - 1 item
  • garlic salt - 1/8 tsp
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • chopped green onion - 1/4 c
  • chopped pimento - 1/4 c
  • instant mashed potatoes enough for 8 servings

How to make potato puff casserole:

In a small bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Prepare mashed potatoes as directed on package. Turn into large bowl. Whip potatoes with other ingredients. Fold in egg whites. Spoon into buttered 2 1/2-quart casserole. Drizzle melted butter over top;
