Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion, minced - 1 item
- oil for frying - 1 Tbsp
- large potatoes, grated - 3 item
- dry milk powder - 1/4 c
How to make potato pancakes:
Beat all ingredients together. Drop 2 tablespoons batter per pancake into hot, well-greased pan. Fry over medium heat. Turn once. Both sides should be crisp and golden.
