Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 1 item
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- potatoes - 4 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
How to make potato pancakes:
Peel and shred potatoes. Pat dry with paper towel. In bowl, combine potatoes, egg, onion, flour, salt and pepper. Mix. In skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium heat.
