Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • margarine - 1 lb
  • potato chips, crushed

How to make potato chip cookies:

Cream the margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and potato chips. Add them gradually to margarine mixture, stirring until all traces of flour are mixed into batter.

Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake in a 350° oven for 11 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned. Cool on cookie sheet a few minutes, then roll in powdered sugar.
