Potato chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 Tbsp
• flour - 3 c
• butter - 1 lb
• crushed potato chips - 2 c
• pecans or walnuts optional - 1 c

How to make potato chip cookies:

Mix butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour, potato chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until done.
