Potato candy
Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- confectioners sugar 1 lb - 4 c
- cold potatoes plain, not buttered - 1/2 c
How to make potato candy:
Mix all together to form dough ball. Roll out on wax paper. Take about a cup of peanut butter (more or less, if desired). Spread on mix. Roll up in a log. Set in refrigerator for 10 minutes to chill. Take out and cut into slices.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, Potato.
