Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- sliced celery - 1/2 c
- apple juice - 1/2 c
- dried thyme leaves - 1/4 tsp
- hot cooked noodles - 1 item
- medium apple, chopped - 1 item
- pork chops 1/2-inch thick - 6 item
How to make pork normandy:
In skillet, in hot oil, cook pork chops about 10 minutes or until browned. Spoon off fat. Stir in soup, apple juice, celery and thyme. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over noodles. Garnish with apple slices, if desired. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Pork.
