Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can tomatoes - 1 item
- uncooked rice - 2/3 c
- pork chops - 6 item
- can whole corn - 1 item
How to make pork chop skillet dinner:
Brown chops; remove from skillet and drain fat. Spread rice over bottom of skillet. Add water and salt. Arrange chops over rice. Add onion and tomatoes. Spoon on corn. Add pepper. Bring to a boil. Cover and turn heat to simmer. Cook, covered, for 25 to 35 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, One Dish meal.
