Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- baking soda
- nuts, chopped - 1 c
- salad oil
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- can prepared poppy seed filling - 1 item
How to make poppy seed cake:
Sift flour and baking soda together and set aside. Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar and blend well. Add salad oil; gradually stir in flour. Add milk, poppy seed filling and nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake for 1 hourRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, < 15 mins.
