Ingredients/Components
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oil - 1/2 c
- popped corn - 5 6
- marshmallows - 1 lb
- salted peanuts - 1 lb
- miniature gumdrops - 1 lb
How to make popcorn cake:
Melt marshmallows in margarine, stirring constantly on medium heat until melted. Mix popcorn, gumdrops and peanuts. Pour melted marshmallows over corn mixture; mix thoroughly. Pack in buttered tube pan. Keep in cool place, but do not refrigerate.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Low protein.
