  • sugar - 2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • oil - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cloves - 1 tsp
  • small jars strained plums - 2 item

How to make plum cake:

Cream sugar and oil. Add eggs (1 at a time), soda, salt, cloves, cinnamon and flour. Mix well. Add plums. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 325° until done.
