Ingredients/Components

• cooking oil - 3 tsp
• plain flour - 3 c
• cream of tartar - 6 tsp
• salt plain
• water put food coloring in water - 3 c

How to make play dough:

Mix dry ingredients and water. Cook on low heat until stiff. Will pull away from pan when ready. Remove from heat, cool and knead like bread.
