Ingredients/Components

• salt - 1 c
• flour - 1 c
• water - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 Tbsp
• food coloring, as desired - 1 item

How to make play dough:

Mix all in a medium saucepan over very low heat, stirring frequently until mixture forms a ball. (Mixture will thicken slowly at first.) Remove from pan and knead until smooth. Store in airtight container.
