  • eggs - 2 item
  • milk
  • Mozzarella cheese - 2 c
  • Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
  • jar pizza sauce - 1 oz
  • hamburger, browned with onion and mushrooms, drained - 1 lb

How to make pizza casserole:

Brown hamburger with onion and mushrooms; drain. Put in 8 x 8-inch dish. Top with pizza sauce and Mozzarella cheese. Mix baking mix, eggs and milk. Mix well. Pour on top of meat mixture. Bake at 400° for 35 to 40 minutes or until top looks completely cooked.
