  • milk - 3 c
  • chopped nuts - 1/3 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • instant pistachio pudding
  • cream cheese, softened
  • crushed nuts - 1 item
  • Cool Whip* - 1 oz

How to make pistachio dessert:

Filling:1 oz. cream cheese, softened1 oz. Cool Whip*1 c. powdered sugar2 small pkg. instant pistachio pudding3 c. milk Cool Whip crushed nuts *Buy 12 ounces and keep half for topping.

Crust: Mix ingredients. Put on bottom of pan. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350°. Cool.

Filling: Mix the cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar; spread over cooled crust.

Topping: Mix the pudding and milk with beater; pour over top. Let set. Top with Cool Whip and crushed nuts.
