  • pkg - 2 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • cold milk - 5 c
  • 1/2 sticks margarine - 1 item
  • instant pistachio pudding mix - 3 pkg
  • chopped pecans save some for top - 1 c

How to make pistachio delight:

Mix the first 3 ingredients and spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Let cool.

Mix the cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on crust. Mix the pudding and milk until thick. Spread on top of cream cheese layer. Spread Cool Whip on top and sprinkle nuts on top. Refrigerate.
