- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- brown sugar - 1 c
- butter - 1/2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- unbaked pie shell - 1 item
- mashed pinto beans
How to make pinto bean pie:
Blend sugars, egg and butter until creamy. Add pinto beans and blend well. Pour into deep 9-inch unbaked shell. Allow room for filling to cook. Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes, then at 350° for an additional 25 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.
