Ingredients/Components
- 2 can crushed pineapple
- box strawberry jello - 1 oz
- sugar or more to taste - 2 Tbsp
- large container whipped topping - 1 item
- container small curd cottage cheese - 1 lb
How to make pink cloud salad:
Combine pineapple and sugar; bring to boil. Add jello right from box. Mix well. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Stir in cottage cheese. Fold in whipped topping. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Serve over lettuce leaves.Recipe categories: Desserts, Appetizers, Salads.
