  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 2 c
  • cornstarch - 1/2 c
  • water - 1 c
  • raisins - 2 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • pineapple juice - 1 qt

How to make pineapple-raisin sauce:

Mix all, except cornstarch and water; bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water; stir into mixture. Simmer 5 minutes. Good with ham or other meats.
