Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cream cheese
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- all-purpose flour - 2 c
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- eggs, well beaten - 2 item
- small can crushed pineapple with juice - 1 item
- baking soda add last - 2 tsp
How to make pineapple nut cake:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese1/2 c. margarine1 tsp. vanilla2 c. powdered sugar Cake: Mix together in order given, mixing by hand after each ingredient. Bake in a well-greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until sRecipe categories: Desserts, Pineapple, Tropical fruits.
