Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• finely chopped pecans - 1 c
• large can crushed pineapple - 1 item
• assorted crackers - 1 item
• Philadelphia cream cheese, softened - 2 (8

How to make pineapple dip:

Cook pineapple and sugar until thickened. Cool to room temperature; do not chill. Mix with cream cheese and pecans while still slightly warm. Serve with assorted crackers.

Serving suggestion: Serve in a scooped out pineapple.
