- sugar - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- slightly beaten eggs - 2 item
- can crushed pineapple, undrained - 1 lb
- pie crust - 1 item
How to make pineapple cream pie:
Combine sugar, flour and salt; stir in next 3 ingredients. Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles. Cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in eggs and cook 2 minutes longer. Pour into pie crust. Top with whipped topping.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pies and tarts, Fruit.
