Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- cold water - 1/2 c
- boiling water - 1 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- shredded carrots - 1/2 c
- salad greens - 1 item
How to make pineapple-carrot salad:
Pour boiling water on gelatin in bowl; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Stir in cold water, pineapple (with sugar) and salt. Refrigerate until slightly thickened, but not set. Stir in carrots. Pour into 4-cup ring mold. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold on salad greens.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
