Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- oil - 3/4 c
- can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- yellow cake mix - 1 item
- large Cool Whip - 1 item
- instant vanilla pudding use dry
- can mandarin orange slices, undrained - 1 item
How to make pig pickin cake:
Beat together the first 4 ingredients. Pour into three (8-inch) cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes. Drain the can of pineapple. Pour the pineapple juice over the cooked cakes to make them soggy. Allow them to cool. Then mix pudding, pineapple and Cool Whip. Beat. Ice and refrigerate cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
