Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- large egg - 1 item
- Crisco
- white vinegar - 1 Tbsp
How to make perfect pie crust:
Put first 3 ingredients in large bowl and mix well with fork. Add shortening and mix well until crumbly. In a small bowl, beat together with fork the water, vinegar and egg. Combine the 2 mixtures, stirring with fork until all ingredients are moistened. Wrap in waxed paper. Put in plastic bag and freeze to keep for further use.
