Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- stalks celery, thinly sliced - 2 item
- clove garlic - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- fresh ginger
- pepper steak meat - 1 lb
- large peppers, cut up 1 green and 1 red - 2 item
How to make pepper steak:
Combine soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Add beef; toss and set aside. While preparing veggies, heat oil in a large frying pan. Add beef; cook until brown. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat. Turn heat up. Add vegetables. Toss until vegetables are tender, 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water; add to pan. Stir and cook until thickened.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
