- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- pkg - 1 oz
- flour - 1 c
- brown sugar
- nuts - 2 c
- oleo - 1 Tbsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
How to make pecan tarts:
Filling:1 1/2 c. brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. oleo2 c. nuts Use small muffin pans. Mix pastry part and form crust into muffin tins, about 1 tablespoon per tart.Mix filling together; fill each pastry crust in muffin tin. Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 36 small muffin tarts.
