  • flour - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • nuts - 2 c
  • oleo - 1 Tbsp
  • stick oleo - 1 item

How to make pecan tarts:

Filling:1 1/2 c. brown sugar2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla1 Tbsp. oleo2 c. nuts Use small muffin pans. Mix pastry part and form crust into muffin tins, about 1 tablespoon per tart.

Mix filling together; fill each pastry crust in muffin tin. Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 36 small muffin tarts.
