  • sugar - 3 c
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • vanilla flavoring - 1 Tbsp
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • large eggs - 5 item
  • plain flour
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • pecans
  • lemon flavoring - 1/8 tsp

How to make pecan pound cake:

Cream together margarine and Crisco. Add sugar and eggs, one at a time. Add flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk and flavorings. Add pecans last. Beat well. Pour in a 10-inch tube pan which has been greased with Pam spray. Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
