Ingredients/Components
- pear pulp - 2 qt
- sugar - 2 lb
How to make pear butter:
Wash pears; remove stems and quarter. Add 1/2 cup water and cook until tender. Put pears through food sieve or food processor. Add sugar to pulp and mix well. Place in uncovered shallow pan and bake at 350° for 3 hours. Stir occasionally. Pour into jars and seal.Recipe categories: Fruit, Condiments, etc., Pears.
